    Location is good, balcony is also good
    Disorganised, WiFi is terrible and hardly works because they dont pay for sufficient data, my shower didnt work properly, rooms overlooking the street are very noisy.

    A hidden gem in stonetown. Loved the swimming pool and the spacious open room concept. Lovely breakfast and staff. Will be coming again

    Well, first so much insects including cockroaches, Food not good at all, i ordered alfredo , the chicken wasnt cooked well, ( it was with blood ) they didnt refund us, And it s expensive for nothing. The location so bad, you cant get it with the car. They dindt change the towels . We paid cash the day of the check- in, on the check-out they told us that we didnt pay.. it wasnt that professional. For me it was a bad experience.

    Huge room for my Family of 5, great breakfast and very friendly staff.
    We could hear almost everything outside our windows.

    The deco style was beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and you get a good view from the rooftop terrace
    You can't drive up to the entrance you need to walk through alleyways. But its a short walk.

    Nearly charming, well located, boutique hotel
    Well located for access to the ferry port and old Stone town. A nearly very charming boutique hotel with a few quirks. Good sized rooms and a nice outdoor rooftop terrace.
    As so often in East Africa it was all a little lackadaisical. Charming but sometimes annoying. Food quite mediocre.

    Okay, clean but quite what we were hoping for!
    Good central location and nice spacious family rooms. Relaxed roof terrace bar. Very comfortable bed.
    We were advised by reception where the pool was and times of use what they failed to tell us it was unusable due to the rain and a tree that had blown it. Although on the facilities list there was no TV which was a shame as the football was on and it was raining all day!

    Good hotel for a nice experience while in Stone Town.
    The hotel is beautifully located in the alleys of Stone Town, 2 mins walk from Forodhani Gardens. The rooms were clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Staff is friendly and food good. I personally loved the building, white, fresh and with many wooden decorations that made me feel I was on an old vessel. Beautiful!
    Breakfast in the morning was a bit slow, i.e., we had to leave by 7.30 AM to catch a plane and only able to eat few things.
