    Pleasant
Overall fairly uncomfortable for a 2 week stay.
Excellent location. Comfy bed. Good parking.
The room is in need of updating. They were supposedly renovated in 2012 but it looked much older than that. The lounge was a very uncomfortable bench style fold down bed. They did bring me another chair to use but it was more like a waiting room chair with arms. The TV is not smart & only has SD channels.

    Superb
    Everything you need, and more.
Our room was essentially a one-bedroom unit, with full kitchen and utensils, bathroom, washing machine and dryer, loungeroom, dining table, balcony, barbecue ... the list goes on. Most of these I didn't even use, but it felt good that I had a great many options open to me. The city view from the balcony was very pleasant, as I sat reading a book and sipping my morning coffee. I particularly liked that the TV came on instantly when the button was pressed on the remote (I had recently experienced elsewhere a TV that took more than 30 seconds to power up). When I asked for an additional pillow, it was brought to the room within minutes. The Spring Hill location suited me. There was a small supermarket one block to the north for breakfast supplies etc, and the walk to Queen Street Mall was quite manageable downhill (the return uphill was another matter!) There were a few cafes nearby, though some of them didn't open on weekends. The person on reception was helpful and cheerful each time I saw them.
There were several niggling little things that weren't serious enough for me to contact reception. (I know that they would have responded had I asked.) For example, the liquid soap dispenser at the sink was empty, and there was only one small tube of bodywash in the shower -- I simply used the extra tubes of shampoo, since it's all basically detergent anyway. I would advise to request such extras early, as reception is not operated at all times. Parking costs extra; during my trip it was $10 per day, which is inexpensive compared to commercial parking stations, but it would have felt better if the quoted price included parking.

Great customer service. Good position. Nice views. Okay price.
My unit was dirty and mouldy. Lights, oven and dishwasher were unusable. No fans. No lockable security door.

    Very good
Location good, not far from the city centre
We loved the use of the washing machine and dryer as wed been away for a week in Sydney so could wash our clothes. The balcony was really nice as well to sit outside and have your morning coffee.
The steep hill to get to the property from the city centre was quite hard and would have been no good for older people

Nothing fancy, but covered the essentials and did gthe job for us.
Ideal location for a short stay in Brisbane for day surgery and recovery. Walking distance to CBD and surrounds, easy access to public transport. Free parking on site parking was appreciated also. Comfortable bed, good bathroom. Basic but workable kitchen allowed us to cook meals to eat in combined lounge dining area. Friendly helpful staff!
The apartment was a bit tired, with a few lights not operational. No cleaning equipment was provided by default so we had to ask for a broom after a few days (a vacuum cleaner was supplied). Being an inner city apartment on a busy road, it was noisy out on the balcony or if the doors and windows were open, but we coped. Ear plugs would be useful if you're a noise sensitive sleeper.
