Friendly atmosphere. Room was clean

When we booked we weren't told there was a party and that the bar wouldn't be serving food in the evening, bearing in mind I'd booked a dog friendly room and brought my dog with us we could hardly go out looking for somewhere else to eat. Disappointed. The very helpful young lady on reception spoke to the kitchen and they arranged for us to order food.

Pleasant and very convenient for the coast walks we did.

Location, free parking, lovely breakfast (albeit better on the first day than the second when the sausages and mushrooms could have done with another 5 minutes).

Rain water splashing loudly on the widow sill waking us both up. Gutter problem. The room radiator thermostat was broken, the sleeve that should not turn did turn with the regulator knob so you could not change the setting. We got a little cold because of this. Both issues were videoed and show to reception. They are fixing the problems.

Good value. Will probably return

Felt breakfast was a bit pricey so skipped it. Very good location for my purpose. 4 minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes to Bournemouth Square. Quiet room, even though Xmas parties were in full swing.

Great place to stay

Food was lovely (had evening snacks), The room was ample size and so was the bathroom. Had a balcony with sea view. Pool looked lovely but didn't have chance to use facilities.

Next door room was noisy in the morning but not the fault of hotel. Not walking distance to town but again not what I booked there for.

OK probably would not book again. Due to the cleaning and being a bit tired in places. Lovely break

Staff member at breakfast was incredible deserve a bovine l bonus as does the breakfast chef. Really great work.

Hair on the bed. Staines on the single bed sheets. Bathroom is very tired.

Suited our needs for the dog and a great location for the beach, just need to upgrade the mattresses

Easy to park and close to the beach. They allow dogs in the hotel which was a bonus for us as we were able to take our dog with us for the visit.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the three of us had really bad nights sleep. I expected better quality mattress as the bed is main thing you want in a hotel to be ok.
