Enjoyable stay-will consider going back there again.

Location was very good. Breakfast was first class. Friendly staff.

Only criticism I have was being charged to park at the hotel, 8 per night which I believe goes up to 10 a night for 2024.

Solo traveller or couples don't need to look any further.

Safe option for short a short stay in Birmingham. Nicely close to the centre, easy to reach from the station, and good value for money. Solo or couple travellers that simply need a place to sleep don't need to look any further.

The shower box was just a little too tiny.

Comfortable stay in a good location

Key card system works well. Room reasonably comfortable. Teas and coffees replenished during stay. Additional Paid Breakfast good. Bar downstairs for guests - reasonable bottled beers as expected, high but not ridiculous price. Good location. Bus stop nearby. Garage near by sells basics.

Paying for parking (but this requirement was made clear when booked so not a big deal) - At least there were always spaces while I was there.

Very good

The staff were very pleasant and the room was comfortable...the location perfect. Breakfast was good too. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

I was surprised to learn that parking was an additional cost as this was not clear when booking.
