    Excellent location. Amazing view.
    The property looked tired. The rooms had a mouldy smell to it and the shower in one of the rooms has a drainage problem resulting in rather unpleasant "public toilet" stink the entire nice until it was fixed the next morning.

    Location, staff friend and very accommodation & rooms were excellent. Pool in villa was temperature controlled Nature and greenery
    Main oasis pool was not temperature controlled, so was too cold to use whilst waiting on check in or after check out. In room dining food was not great. Chicken was dry and wagu meatballs were overcooked and not edible so we could not eat them.

    Location is amazing. Villa was amazing.
    Spa is outdated. The fixtures are not up to standard, not clean and not 100% functional. The hydro pool jets are not all functional. The heated relaxation beds were not functioning. For a Ritz Carlton property, it was quite surprising to see. Many of the menu items were not available which was very disappointing.
