    the place was fantastic, we were there for new Year eve - lucky us it turned out that RAK broke 2 new world records that night. The staff were all great, from Omar the manager to Mario at the reception, i wish i could remember everyone's name to thank them. loved the serenity and the seclusion of it all, will definitely be returning
    something small and stupid; we drove up from Dubai - we got our car returned to us super dirty as it was parked outside, bird poop on it, leaves etc - a quick hose down would have bypassed that -

    Excellent, will definitely recommend.
    The excellent Staff above all else. The villa setup and size. The food selection in room service.
    There can be some updates made, perhaps some features in the villa and the shore house.

    for my first try its very nice.
    most of the things good in the property for my first try it was very good.
    not fully privacy and you cant take the child trolly to the beach of the the sand.

    Cleanliness of room and outdoor was not acceptable. Constant bothering by staff, knocking from outside so you have to get up constantly to let them in. Food average, but fresh.
