The T.V. in the bedroom would not connect to the Dish satellite, but we made due without.

Passable

Convenient to all the things to do without being stuck in the middle of downtown. The indoor water park was great to use after being out all day. The staff had great customer service

We had to wait a hour and a half after check in to get into our room. Then all of the soaps and shampoos had not been refilled. They did not have vending machines on each floor and the ones they did have did work properly. They also locked one of the vending machines entrances because it was connected to the indoor pool area. Our sink in the bathroom was clogged up.

We enjoyed our stay the staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed it ! They changed our trash and brought us clean towels daily which I thought was wonderful !! The lifeguards were very friendly with my children. Our room was ready when we arrived and clean . A huge bonus for us was the jacuzzi bath tub !!

My only complaint is the indoor pool being advertised and more of a water park when its more of just an indoor pool with slides ! But the kids really enjoyed the pool and thats what matters

Location, and the staff was friendly and prompt. They literally had so much to do there. The amenities, just blew my mind. This is an all year stay facility. My family and I will be back in the summer!!

The TV signals were in and out a lot. They kept rebooting. I also had a problem with one TV not showing at all. I think they need to upgrade TV's, that's the only bad thing I can say.

Disappointing

Not for me.

On our first day I found hair on the bed that wasnt ours. They probably didnt change the sheets before we came in, which not only was disgusting but also got me wondering how was the rest of the cleaning I paid 2,500 for less than a week staying and I got the worst view (parking lot). Also, be aware that the check out is the earliest I have ever seen (10AM). Not only it is early in comparison to other hotels, but also they charge you 50 dollars extra if you need until 11AM, I really didnt get the point of that. Besides that, they dont give you decent cards to access the room like any other hotel. They make you wear this ultra discomfortable hard and pointy bracelet on your wrist - that thing not only hurt me when I was asleep and when taking shower, but was neon green and looked awful with my clothes. We went on a road trip since the beginning of winter break and stayed in 4 beautiful and very good hotels before this one on our way, this one will unfortunately be a bad memory, something that I learned not to repeat again. A mistake.
