Superb

Excellent experience wont mind visiting again.

excellent location on the seafront promenade. Blue Line the ground floor dining area and the Buddha on the third floor has an excellent view of the sea. Breakfast was very good and the staff went out of the way to meet any demands. Mr Franklin the Chef makes excellent curated steaks. In fact I had one of the best rare medium stakes cooked the French way. Room was airy and clean. At the front desk Sylvia and the foyer doorman were very pleasant and cheerful.

The swimming pool is very small and is like a play pool for children.

Towels. Low light in the bathroom. Very low bed. Sheets yellowish. Combination of TV, mirror, art all together at the foot of the bed. No mirror and light for dressing.

Food is good. Staff is smiling.

Wifi : a big problem, if i want to work properly with a wifi connexion in my room i have to take my chair and place it closed to the entrance door i am not able to be in my bed using wifi, there are no connexion. There are no slippers if i do not want to be cold under my feet on a Tiling floor. For laundry it is done outside and the time to receive them the same day is 8pm not before. So if you are going out for dinner or tired after a jetlag, you have to be present to get your laundry on time after that time you are not able to have it as the staff in charge of it is not yet arrived. Premises are looking old, different from many nice pictures on [link removed]website. One more thing room is not really quite on this part of the city, as it is closed to the beach and many people around this is normal. Thank you for your very nice welcome and your waiting for our arrival late at night.

Beautiful hotel at a beautiful location

Big rooms, beautiful view of the beach. Friendly staff. Their restaurant on the ground and third floor, both serve tasty food. Overall very good service.

Very good location. Right by the beach. Hotel a bit dated although accommodation was clean. Food and drink very good although a bit expensive.

One of my Senior Friends got locked in the washroom , Room no 8 called the staff but it took quite a bit of time to open the locked Door we asked for a change of room

Pleasant

staff is very clumsy. Food orders comes partially, bedsheets not replaced, towels missing, ... nothing really serious but if you're paying double the price of an international hotel, you expect some level of professionalism.
