Outdoor area was dirty and outdoor furniture is shabby and needs replacing.

Great location

The unit was well located for access to the main sights of Canberra & for restaurants for dinner. The unit was comfortable with a nice outlook. Well appointed for self catering. Good parking right out front or could have used basement parking.

A dishwashing cloth & tea towel in the kitchen in addition to the ability to use a dishwasher would have been useful.

Superb

The Prince Apt was an excellent location for visiting Canberra. Waterfront area lovely for walking & convenient location to restaurants, bars & cafes. A very relaxed & calming vibe/lifestyle. Layout of the apartment being two bedroom & two bathroom with generous living space & balcony was very comfortable for our stay.

The location was perfect for our needs that weekend. The apartment is was comfortable, close to good restaurants & cafes, and a great supermarket nearby. It also has two parking spaces.

Loved everything except the parking.

The bed was glorious, the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was excellent.

The parking spaces were way too narrow and a nightmare to get in and out of. Next time Ill park on the street. It was simply awful.

Beautiful, modern, well-equipped apartment which made for a fantastic holiday!

Fantastic location. Awesome view. Modern, stylish and very spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need during your stay. We even rented a boat from right outside the apartment for an afternoon on the lake! Exceptionally clean. Absolutely loved our stay, would highly recommend and will definitely book again for future visit to Canberra.
