The location was perfect, the apartment clean and instructions on how to access the property thorough.

Only 1 Mug, have let the owner know. I also did not feel comfortable having to send my photo ID via text to get the key code.

Highly recommend

Lovely and clean, very comfy bed and linen. A new apartment with nice appliances and spacious bathroom. Excellent location

Checking in without human contact was new for me, so finding our car space wasn't the easiest trying to drive and follow the instructions. Would have been nice to have normal tea (not everyone drinks herbal tea).

Location was great - very central but very quiet Apartment had everything you needed Host was great - we had a last-minute booking and everything was ready for us.

Not happy that I rang the owner quite a few times and messaged also and didn't reply at all.

The room and locality.

The fact that communication between the property and myself was very difficult which started the day off on the wrong foot. It would have been more sensible to send check-in details to my phone rather than my home email address when I am obviously travelling. Had to contact Booking . com to gain check-in details.
