We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from picking up the keys, the information provided to us by Georgia

There was no breakfast. Location was very good!

The balcony had not been cleaned for a long time! Bathroom needed more provision for hanging items like clothes and towels. Towels too big and heavy for us older people!

Excellent location close to restaurants and cafes

A very involved and complicated check in process. A total of 11 emails, each of over 30 pages were received from the time of booking to the time of entry to the premises. Rather a lot for a three night stay.

Modern, comfortable apartment with lake views

The apartment was a modern, comfortable, well appointed, two bedroom apartment with lakeside views and secure parking. Whats not to like? Staff were helpful and friendly.

Initially the agency sent an online form with a requirement to send photos of my drivers licence and credit card electronically. The requirement was not mentioned in the original booking with Booking(dot)Com and with so many companies being hacked, we were not comfortable with the request. Instead we arranged to present the documents when picking up the keys, which was fine.

The property was very clean and better than we expected - two bedroom suites with bathrooms.

An excellent property.

Check in was poor. We arrived at the property to find no access. We called the contact number to be told we should have received an email telling us to go to a different location. We didnt receive the email. To make matters worse when you get to the location there is little, if any, available parking and no signage detailing where the Offices are located.

Location, access to services and comfort all great.

Inclusions, comfort and location are excellent and when going to Canberra next time we would seek to stay here again. Availability of restaurants close by excellent.

The checking in process. many emails and requirements to respond online prior to even starting the journey. Usual process for us is to book and lodge card details and then pick up keys from accommodation.
