Acceptable, overall good hotel

Nice environment, great restaurant, quite location

Cleaning service was not efficient. They barely changed the towels and fixed the bed, without dusting the floor nor washing the bathroom.

We came back to this property having enjoyed the stay two years ago. The room service and cold pool were disappointing.

Good location. Comfortable rooms.

The pool heater was broken and no one told us, apologised and we only found out by investigation! The room cleaning staff were unhelpful unpredictable and one clean one of our two rooms suite! Heh!

Exceptional

Incredible stay, as part of our honeymoon

Brilliant location. And great art deco hotel. Fantastic food and selection of drinks at the pool and lobby bars. The staff were really accommodating. Lovely beach, just a short walk from the hotel and towels were provided. Breakfast was few minutes walk, in a nice location with a very good selection.

The room was a little on a small size, but had everything we needed

The location was good, walking distance to the south beach and other nice restaurants / areas of tourist interests.

The room wasnt clean, it was way too small and absolutely not a value for money property

Only the location is good

No closet space and If youre not too tall too cant even reach it you need a stool! Super old hotel, very rude staff, cold as hell and no heater, no light in the room, too much noise from everywhere you cant sleep at all! Window didnt even open to get fresh air engineer couldnt fix it

Superb

Elegant hotel

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was attractive and the bed very comfortable. The shower was designed for accessibility (we didnt request this) and was very nice. We enjoyed a delicious Japanese meal in the restaurant.

There was no lamp or bedside table on one side of the bed, and no plug for charging there either. Room backed on to the lift and when in bed we could here the vibration of the lift movement which we found disturbing.
