Worth it!

It's in a strategic location. High floor. Room and toilet was very clean and spacious. Staff were efficient,helpful and detailed. (Calmly serving although it was peak hour.) Housekeeping was efficient. (There was no iron in our room. Less than 5 mins it was sent to our room. )

The view, as our room was quite near facing another residence. The traffic flow outside lobby during peak hours.

I was really amazed with all the facilities available in here. Really worth every penny. The free parking is a plus point and the location is superb. This place will be one of my staycation places whenever i visit KL again in future

The sky pool has a very amazing view but it closes at 10pm. Too early perhaps Maybe you should allow people to enter the area just to take pictures after 10pm.

Location good, everything everything else mediocre

Location was good, room was large and comfy. Nice beds and pillows.

Check in was manic and no clear signage as multiple check in desks. We couldnt use the pool prior to check in. The rooftop bar and restaurant was closed. We were not notified upon booking or referenced anywhere. No seating by the pool. Even though lots of space, Instragrammers paradise and nice view. No drink pr service by the pool . Not enough hangers 5 for 4 people and three wardrobes. I am sure there is better
