The unit is lack of Maintenace.

Location and view

The unit is has a lot of outstanding maintenance like patch and paint on the wall, cracked tiles, loose towel rail and door handle. Also the window is dirty.

Wouldn't return unless updated and had better wifi

Place is right on the ocean. Unreal views and close enough to the action

Apartment we had was tired. Couches we old. Dining room table had a burn in it and the finish was long gone. Beds were old. End of day super outdated for price charged. Wifi horrible to non existent.

Great value, great location, beautiful apartment. Photos dont do it justice.

Spacious apartment, high ceilings, wooden floors, very well decorated with 3 balconies views of ocean and hinterland. Balcony to face ocean was small but apartment honestly exceeded my expectations - good facilities too! Pool, spa, tennis court, table tennis, pool table that needs upgrading, at the time sauna was shut. You cant find a place like this on Gold Coast anymore thats this unique. Hong at front desk reception was extremely lovely and welcoming too. It was about a 500m walk or so to main Cavill ave surfers paradise and when you walk on the beach, its so close as you can see in balcony pic there. Easy to use the app to ride on the council bikes and explore, they were everywhere. Each apartment is decorated different, we stayed in a 3 bedroom one and just attention to detail was really cute.

The apartment had plenty of space for a family of 6 beachfront views, fantastic location close to public transport or short walk to cavil ave. The common room with pool table and table tennis was a great addition beside the pool/spa area but could do with an upgrade.

Dissapointed initially, facilities neclected but location saved the day.

Location perfect. Spacious apartment. Parking in the basement. Pool.

Aparment a bit neglected. Need a paint and some fresh linen and curtaining. Need cleaning of the kitchenware i.e. cutlery, glasses plates, etc., before renting out. Recreation room in bad state. Photos on web are misleading.
