A nice hotel, but don't expect to be treated like they care about anything besides your money

The room was big and comfortable, with a big bed and a nice sofa/chair. Everything was clean. The hotel is in a relatively central location on the Strip. Online check in is a little complicated, but saves a lot of time.

Getting from the entrance of the hotel to the room is a long journey. There is always a long line for services and for restaurants, and requested services take a long time, if actually provided - We asked for a crib, which took an hour and a half to get to our room (while we're desperately waiting for it so we'd be able to put our daughter to sleep), and when our toilet seat broke, that just wasn't repaired for the three days of our stay. No fridge in the room. Laundry service is very expensive, as are other services, and there's no luggage weighing service.

The casino

Is the room smelled like a cheap hotel. The drapes had cuts in them. The chair had a giant peace stain in it and I refused to stay there. I did stay there overnight but then found a room at the bellagio for the same price for the weekend. I will never go back and stay at. The Mirage after that.

The location was very nice

The place is worn out and our room was not cleaned well. There were a lot of hair in the shower so dissapointing. The view we got was towards the pool, which was being torn down, and the view of the strip was not more than a glimse very far away so, again, a dissapointment. Furthermore we could not store our beverages in the fridge without getting an add-on which only made us get the impression it was a non-customer focused hotel.

Disappointing

The location is great but the actual hotel is in need of a major facelift. With how quickly things change on the strip, the Mirage is definitely falling behind, but it is super cheap, so thats nice.

The casino still smells super strongly of smoke and the elevators and rooms arent that clean. We didnt have a blanket which was weird and they do that insanely priced mini-bar racket so you cant use the fridge.

Very good

Great place to stay in Las Vegas!

The room was great! It was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. We had a great view from our window. The location is great! Right in the heart of the SGreattrip where all of the action is! Staff was excellent! They were friendly and eager to help.

The price was a little too high. I guess that was because it was between Christmas and New Year's. Other Strip hotels offer free parking, The Mirage does not.

Exceptional

Excellent, cleanliness was the most important thing. Great service from the Lobby to my room.

Room was spacious, food in restaurant was excellent. Had breakfast for 2 days and on the last day.

Have more front desk agents on duty to assist with the check in process. Lines were long and only 3 agents were there to care for the clients. Had a walking cane and it was very hard standing for a long period of time. Also, if possible could there be area for non smoking customers playing the slots.

Great location on the Strip. But not as iconic as it once was!

Great location on the strip, rooms were a good size, although a little dated. Pool area was good, as well as the eateries when open. Enjoyed the garden when walking through the foyer. Entertainment was also good with Shin Lim and Tim Allen.

Staff were OK. But expected tipping if service was poor? But found this a lot throughout the Strip. Checking-in and out very slow. Mini bar was very expensive, but so was the bars with in the hotel. Hotel was clean, but dated compared to others. I booked the volcano view room at an extra cost, which I had, however volcano not in use due to the F1 and stands being put up. Questioned the desk and they said sorry, but no refund on the extra I paid.
