Disappointing

The room I stayed in was a loft. The room was slightly dusty not properly clean and water was dripping from the air-conditioning unit. No refrigerator for the room. Not suitable for young kids, more suitable for young people, definitely not for elderly people. Received a phone call from hotel to make immediate payment and I was really shocked and that was really scary as booking.com confirmed my booking. Overall disappointed with the hotel management

Pretty near to everything you would want as a traveller I guess. The window was cute.

The room was on the smaller side but quite ok for the price. Free parking is limited.

Location is not bad but you have to walk about 5-7 minutes to the nearest LRT.

Noise pollution. Stay away from this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful sleep. You can hear their housekeeping staff talking and joking loudly along the corridor. Irritating sound of trolley carrying laundry are pushed along the corridor .

Very noisy and not sound proof !!

The location is about 5-7 minutes walk to the nearest LRT.

The room is not sound proof with thin walls. Can hear guests upstairs walking and stomping loudly on the floor in the late night, almost every night. Stay away from rooms at the first floor because this is where the staff will push large trolley of bedsheets and laundry along the corridor. Extremely irritating and noisy. I could not sleep at night.

Superb

A great option close to Jalan Alor (food street) and easy walking distance to trains and huge shopping malls. Brilliant helpful and friendly reception staff. Comfortable clean rooms and really good bars and restaurants within 100 metres. The best of them I can't remember the name but if you look for the "please wait to be seated" sign, you've found it. The next time I'm in KL I'll be back at this hotel.....

Lovely stay

Super welcoming staff at front desk. Room 212 was big and airy, with good AC and powerful shower. Amazing location for exploring KL from. Worth heading next door to Feeka if youre after a coffee.

I would have thought thered have been a fridge in the room. Maybe a comfy seat should be put by the window
