Exceptional

Very pleasant stay at the Leeway. Definitely hope to visit again.

Lovely old property nicely decorated throughout. My room was very comfortable and clean. Extra little touches like a mini fridge and coffee maker were very nice. Excellent location.

There wasnt anything to dislike. The property doesnt have a lift so stairs might be an issue for some guests but this is advised pre booking

More to sea out of the window than on the TV

Can't find any faults with this place. Such lovely views of the ocean and nice seats by the window to watch the waves. It was clean tidy and even a small fridge in the room and everything you need

My 3rd happy stay!

I am a 3rd time returner to the Leeway. This hotel is spotlessly clean, the room was warm and comfortable with a seaview, and breakfast was tasty and substantial

Very enjoyable. Susanna was a very good host.

The breakfast was delicious. The host was very welcoming. The room was very clean & comfortable. The location is great.

TV was a bit quiet. The remote control was set to only go up to a certain level, which was a little bit too quiet from the other side of the room.

I booked a 1st floor room, but when I arrived I was given keys to a 3 floor room, even though I had requested minimal stairs, which had been confirmed.

Had a great few days in Scarborough and my accomadation made it all the better.

A very warm welcome from the hosts Zsuzsanna and Kevin. Lovely sea view from my room and my bed was so comfy. The breakfast was probably the best I've ever had in a hotel and it set me up for most of the day. Spent three nights at The Leeway and I will definitely stay there again when next in Scarborough.
