Exceptional

The accommodation is very nice and clean. The family room is good as it has a double bedroom with an adjoining single room, which was great for our 14 year old granddaughter to stay in. The owners are very nice and the hotel is near the North Bay, Peasholme Park and town centre.

Perfect overnight stay.

Really lovely place, great location for coast and town. Rooms very clean and comfortable, everything we needed. Breakfast delicious and the place is spotless.

An enjoyable short stay. The owners were accommodating as Id arrived a little ahead of schedule and were very pleasant

A very pleasant property, room was neat and comfortable and it was well located for a wide range of places within Scarborough. The private bathroom was spacious and modern.
