A nice place for a staycation

Location and variety of restaurants. The indoor pool is nice.

Furniture quality does not look or feel premium. Staff services should be upgraded. Staff should be ready to greet guests and offer their assistance. Some can be seen just standing and did not care.

The decoration was pretty and its according to my taste. Breakfast was good.

Considering the price the layout was not convenient. From b2 you need to take a stair to elevator and with lugage and kids its really not convenient for 5 stars hotel. We took the xmas dinner package and for the price we really think it was over price. The lay out seems strange since we need to take a couple of elevator to go to our room from the parking lot. And not much activity to do if you go with family.

I stay at The Langham Jakarta for my Anniversary with my wife. We have a very good time here. The location is superb! The facilities are top notch. the services are beyond expectation. They have online customer services through whatsapp which is very attentive and helpful. very recommended stay.

Very good

Room is very comfort, especially the bed.

Queue on breakfast time - food option is not that many as expected. I also think that the check in process is not as fast as when I compared to other 5 star hotel such as Grand Hyatt, Pullman or Mandarin in Jakarta.
