Best Hotel in Jakarta

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Clean, comfortable and luxurious. Staff were amazing and helpful. Location was perfect, next to the mall and eating places. Lovely area to walk around with lots of things to do and see. Will definitely book here again.

I enjoyed the breakfast but would have liked to see more pastries and muffins and toast

Absolutely extraordinary stay with minimal room for improvement

Absolutely everything. The staff were amazingly helpful, facilities spotless. Rooms were massive and they accommodated special requests without hesitation. Pool was lovely and clean. Easily one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in! Will happily stay here again Special thanks to: Dian, Wiyah, Nicholas, Edo, Nathan, Thalia, Cheeki and Obbi

There was literally nothing we didnt like about the property. However: 1) The steam rooms did smell a bit mouldy 2) Breakfast could have a better selection of continental options

It was a good weekend gateaway

Friendly staff, clean room

No freezer temp in the fridge, so cannot keep ice cream or other food which required freezer temp. Although we can ask buttler to come and keep for us in hotel freezer, but it is better to have it in the room
