Great for location but stay is subpar for the price.

Great location.

Very outdated, beds are uncomfortable. You can hear every noise possible, poor water pressure and it looked as though under the beds havent been cleaned in years.

It was exactly what I wanted for a Christmas getaway

Was right in town for Christmas. Sunday Christmas bells chiming a wonderful bakery seconds away. A skating ring next door. A great place to celebrate Christmas. Kennybunkport minutes away and beautiful for Christmas

Always a pleasure, but don't close the restaurant

We spent our honeymoon there so it holds a very special place in our hearts. We even requested the same room for this trip.

The fact that the restaurant isn't open more than once during the week and there aren't any food options. Adrian does a phenomenal job behind the bar and we just love him, but he isn't being utilized. Several mornings we went to the bakery behind the Inn, which we love, and brought our breakfast back to eat in the lobby area. But Dylan at the front is awesome and so is the lady that's also there. No complaints other than no restaurant.

Loved the location being downtown.

Property location was great nearby to just about everything. The room was very quaint and nostalgic feeling.

Check in was confusing, no one at desk had to do self check in which was fine till the keys were missing. Eventually someone from bar came over and went behind desk in there key box and gave us keys.

It was centrally located for us and was very comfortable sitting & socializing in your front room in the evenings.Cleaning staff was very good & friendly.

We were in 2 bedroom suite #37 & queen bed definitely needs a new more comfortable mattress. Your front desk person definitely needs to perk up his personality & needs to be friendly. He is your first impression of your Inn

Very good

The staff was pleasant and helpful, breakfast was good and the bathroom shower was the best I have ever used in a hotel. The automatic door, so you didn't have to struggle with your luggage.
