Such a wonderful spot. Well be back, with more family!

Perfect location, right in the center of town and above a fantastic coffee shop. Super comfy beds and sofas, well-stocked kitchen.

There was a slight smell- we think it might have been from the heater? But we cracked the windows a bit to let it out. And it wasnt bad enough to keep us from wanting to come back!

FABULOUS!!!!

The penthouse was impeccably clean, with lots of windows and a deck that wrapped all the way around the apartment. Kennebunk is quiet but interesting with decent places to eat. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to return!

We lost the water pressure the last day we were there- probably a fluke and related to something in town. I'm sure if we had stayed that day the building manager would have addressed it for us.

Nice place but generators are brutal at night

Plenty of room, clean

Master bedroom and room next to it had a loud generator outside the sliding doors. 3 of us felt like a helicopter was landing on/off all night or in an mri machine. ( very sleepless nights)Those 2 rooms need a soundproof wall to outside. Heat vent opening and closing was creaking a lot. that could use some oil. Nice room but no relaxing without sleep.
