Very good

Private access to beach which was nice at low tide but almost non existent at high tide. Muffins at breakfast were excellent.

Wish breakfast offered yogurt or other fruit than orange quarters.

Perfect! Walking distance to the Main Street of Kennebunkport was very convenient.Thank you!

The staff was very accommodating when our arrival time was later than expected. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Muffins were yummy!
