The Hari Hong Kong is beautifully designed with exceptional and friendly staff. It is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping areas, and the ferry terminal. The rooms are well maintained and (Read More)comfortable, although some find them slightly smaller than expected. The hotel offers high-tech amenities and good Wi-Fi, but limited TV and movie selection. The food and drinks are very good, with a great Japanese restaurant on the roof. The hotel is safe and easily accessible, although taxi and Uber drivers may have difficulty dropping off directly at the hotel.

From our first day at the hotel we could see that it was a quality hotel. Their comfortable facilities as well as the excellent service they provided us have been excellent. We stayed in a room described as King Size - which did have a kingsize bed but the size of the toilet was very cramped. If you are say 6' your thighs are too long to use the toilet even with your face jammed up against the wall in front of you. Materials and appointments in rooms are good - designed to qualify for 5 star rating but rating should have been failed due to tiny toilet. NB 80% of rooms are probably of the same layout, so it's a general issue to consider when staying at this hotel. We returned because we had stayed previously, in a corner room - which wa s c50% bigger and therefore felt much spacious.

We love Hong Kong and we loved this hotel! Well definitely be back!!

The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to recognise my birthday and our anniversary with balloons and delicious cheese cake gifts in the room. The hotel is in a great location and is incredible value for money for Hong Kong.

Quite a fancy new hotel in Wan Chai. Acc. in Hong Kong is generally tiny, and this place is little exception.
