The bed board was nice.

The lady was extremely confrontational, aggressive, very poor customer service skills, the place was dated, tacky and dirty, there was no hot water, the fridge did not work, the walls were damaged, the breakfast was horrible, the location is awful, the hotel was locked, no one was in the reception, the boy at the reception did not speak English at all, there is no phone in the room to call reception if there is any problem, I contacted booking.com several times and the manager of the hotel was purposely ignoring communicating booking.com as she did not want to admit her failures as a manager, to reinforce do not just take my word, please read the reviews on Google.com and TripAdvisor. This is NOT a boutique hotel this is a budget hotel / hostel at best.

Extremely disappointing.

The nice photos on Booking.com do not reflect our experience.

Significant damp issues with the building result in the rooms being near inhabitable. Walls are covered with areas of mould and soft furnishings, including bedding is damp. This is a health concern. Room AC doesnt work. A fan provided to attempt to mitigate the damp issues, but is insufficient. Hot water in shower lasts just 60 seconds Pool filthy and not usable Roof bar no longer operational Breakfast is as expected from a 1 star hostel. How does this property score a 9 on Booking.com, can only assume its based on fraudulent reviews. Significantly expensive for the hugely underwhelming experience.

Extremely disappointing ! I wouldnt recommend the property to anyone

Nothing to like except the location.

Extremely rude Staff , Discrimation between Indian and Foreigners. We were treated as if we are 2nd Class Occupants of the property. No Hot Water Service for our entire stay of 2 days. They dint even bother to apologise. No intercom service so you have to go down to tell the support staff if you need anything. Just 1 support staff available 24x7.. Limited breakfast choices and you will be indirectly forced to order limited Items. I was charged for a premium hotel and service was not even of B&B standards.

From beginning to end you are treated super well, the staff is very concerned about your stay and safety. Very clean and beautifully decorated room. The location is excellent!!! Its nearby a nice supermarket, coffee shop, and a mall. The street is super safe. Couldnt be more happy with our choice, super recommend the Hotel!!

Reasonable stay

The customer service and look of the hotel/room was very pretty. It's in a great location and felt really safe here. Overall wouldn't stay again.

Very uncomfortable mattress and creaky bed in spa suite. I'm allergic to cats and there were cats here. Smelled like cats/perfume in the room. Minimal hot water which was really disappointing. See through blinds throughout spa suite, problem at night.

A relaxing and comfortable stay!

The staff are reason alone to stay here. So friendly and helpful to every request. Also beautifully decorated. The roof top is also a great place to sit and take in the city.

There was one hiccup with a mattress that was too hard for me, however this was fixed promptly after my request. So nothing to report here.

Comfortable, clean a stylish boutique hotel

The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and the decor was stylish. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed and we enjoyed a tasty and filling breakfast every morning.
