The pool and food

When I book they said Hotel residents have access everywhere. But I was not allowed on the 12th October to enter Fairway Spa. I did book the previous day 11th October for hot stone massage, I just wanted to take pictures.

Our stay was exciting with a beautiful view of the hotel

It was always well prepared and tasty, we were enjoying every morning . There was a waiter called Moses, he was really excellent. The cleaning manager should strengthen the staff to clean properly and dust where is needed.

Salt in the food should be taken care of 2 nights we experienced excess salt in our meals and it spoiled our dinner.

The staff are friendly and professional. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The gym was top class. The golf course (Firethorn) is one of the best in the province.

The shower needs an upgrade, and the drainage needs some maintenance.

Amazing place to be, its very peaceful.

Breakfast was amazing, the staff was very friendly especially Karabo. The rooms are specious, beautiful and very clean but wished we had a different view. We are coming back soon.

Fairly good stay.

The feather pillows didn't smell good. We went to rest and spent most of our time in the room, as we work a lot.
