Exceptional

Good location near old Sacramento waterfront and the Golden 1 Center. Beautiful Hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Used the clean and well equipped gym. Very clean. Love the luxurious old charm feel.

Bed and pillows were super comfortable.

There was no table in the room nor a chair to sit on, so no place to work or eat a meal other than sitting on the bed. Also, there was no luggage stand where you could place your luggage, even though there was room for it.

Excellent food, small rooms, under-staffed but well-located if you must be in downtown Sacramento.

best part of the stay was the restaurant, which was quite good.

Rooms were small. Hotel seemed under-staffed and didn't seem to operate all that smoothly.

Beautiful building, Amazing stay!!

The building was amazing, truly magical. Staff were the best I have ever had the pleasure. My daughter left her IPAD we called right away as we were at the airport and they amazingly found it and mailed it back to us including making sure it was securely safe to keep it from getting broken.

Superb

Helpful staff and cleanliness is a priority.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was to be cleaned every other day but it was cleaned both days I stayed. Its been a long time since I had my room cleaned and bed made. It felt like the good old days. :)

The neighborhood was noisy and we encountered police responding to a violent crime.

Disappointing

The hotel was nice

The rooms are a lot smaller then what I thought. Front staff who works in the morning was not very welcoming. The night staff was a lot more friendly. Valet took a very long time to get my car and I was their only customer at that time, he made us late for our conference.
