Very good

I liked the style and decorations of the hotel.

I did not like that the bathroom mirror was broken off the wall, and I did not like that I did not get a room on a higher floor (4th floor) also the closest ice machine was on the 5th floor.

Everything was great, service, food, rooms, location were excellent.

The ridiculous , uncomfortable dual gender restroom was the worm in the apple.

Very good

The location is very good. Clean hotel. Just behind the shopping mall and in walking distance to the Sacramento River front. Many eatery places nearby.

There is no free parking or discounted parking for guests. The only available option is valet parking for $40 per day!

Exceptional

The staff was outstanding and the facility was perfect.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the Crocker museum and many nice restaurants and bars. The in-house bar was great and consistently made good old fashions.

Superb

Friendly staff. Great beds. Spacious room. Perfect location. Hotel was well prepared for the Ironman event with early breakfast, transport and bike allowance in the room (i love that)

Little housekeeping (only on request and then only the essentials, such as towels)

The hotel was beautiful, clean, the staff was so polite and welcoming. When there was a small mixup on our room they were kind and found a way to make it right.
