Poor

Wont be coming back even though I like the apartment style

Its in a great location, since its an apartment you get all the benefits of a washer/dryer, kitchen, and bigger space.

The check in was horrible. Took more than an hour to check in and find me a room. They kept telling me the room wasnt ready yet, which doesnt make sense since check in is at 4 and I purposefully came at 5 to avoid any problems like that. The apartment was great but dusty, had stains on the couch, and the microwave didnt work. They did install a new one on my 3rd day there though. The valet takes ages (more than 40 minutes) to get your car, even if you text/request it earlier and you get a notification saying its ready when its not.

The location and facilities of the hotel are very good, but the service of the staff is not good.

Only valet parking. It takes a long time to wait! For the first time, I waited for a whole hour! On the day we checked out, I waited for 25 minutes because I urgently needed to get to the airport. I hoped that the staff could speed up, but one staff staff wanted me to pay him $20 to get a queue jump. Fortunately, another employee gave me the car keys in time. In addition, there is a love gift box in the mini bar, which we didn't use and open, but the cleaner added a new one when cleaning. When we compared the two boxes, we found that one of them had been opened. But obviously it's not us. But sadly, we have to bear this cost. This makes me very angry. In addition, the hotel also charged a high deposit, which has not been returned to me so far.

Terrible Service

The view from our apartment

Our apartment comes with no shower gel nor shampoo. We called 6 times from 11pm to 2am and after bringing us anything but shower gel and shampoo, they finally said the hotel ran out of them. I talked to the manager Mr. Haider next morning and he assured that we would get them. When we returned hotel in the afternoon, no shower gel and shampoo again. Anything that you ask for from housekeeping takes at least 40 minutes to come and they may not even bring the right thing you ask for. To retrieve our car from hotels Valet Parking, it always takes 40 to 70 minutes! At breakfast, you ask for 3 plain bagels and they gave you 3 everything bagels. The service was very slow. You wait 30 minutes for only one bagel and before giving you the bagel, the waiter dropped the tray and splashed the juice on your shoes!
