    Good location and view but can do without the bedbugs
    Good location, heritage property, excellent view from room and garden. Breakfast spread was comprehensive. Staff was well trained and helpful.
    Room had bedbugs and I woke up with my arms all swollen and red. Not expected from a property of this caliber. It was not just in my room, another guest I met at breakfast had same issue.

    Elegance and comfort in a bustling, fascinating city
    A beautiful property, elegant and historic. Our room was spacious with a view to the mountains, delightful garden for afternoon tea and view down the valley. Most attentive staff where nothing was a problem, excellent dining room with great breakfasts.
    Loved everything about it, would stay here again

    The staff was the best we've ever experienced. It felt as though we were staying with family not at all like a hotel it was a comfortable warm welcoming home ambience. Each and every member of the staff from the reception to dining room to bar room to housekeeping all was superb. Will recommend to all my friends always

    its location. located close to a stadium where some or other activities keep going on. This causes a lot of discomfort and disturbance to the guests.

    had to wait 45 minutes in washroom after filling one hot tub had to make calls for each and everything related to toiletries. there is a typical pungent smell in the room and also the rooms are not well ventilated.
