Spacious, nice to have a washer and dryer. Also amenities like a heated bathroom floor.
A fitness center would have been great, but otherwise no complaints!

Good location, adorable & comfortable interior.
Very comfortable cottage (inside). Felt right at home (inside). Had many helpful items inside. Was pleased with inside atmosphere. Extra kitchen utensils, dishwasher, dishes & glasses, tv upstairs & downstairs, washer & dryer were very helpful to have.
Parking was way out back behind other buildings. I had to carry all my luggage and formal wear in the rain. The cottages were so close together there was no outdoor privacy. Had to keep shades closed that's how close cottages are.

The room was very comfy and it was great to have a mini fridge, silverware, plates and glasses to have breakfast or drinks at night
It is a bit far from town. Remember to use your car

Two nights in a setting of multiple identical mini cottages - a bit Wes Anderson- like ! Very clean - pool - everything
Spacious clean and had a pool.
They didn't replace coffee pods on the second day, no kettle in kitchenette - otherwise facilities were very clean and comfortable

Never disappoints! My partner and I love this hotel when we go on Newport trips, it's our go to. The location is excellent, there's a vineyard right next door and close to stores/beach. It's off a main road but despite this, the hotel is quiet at night!

Great location, well-equipped cottage on lans append grounds.
Great central location on beautifully landscaped ground. Well-equipped cottage. Excellent kitchen and en-suite laundry facilities. Nice bathroom. Centrally located to Newport and beaches. You do need a car.

Would love to stay there again
Everything about this place was wonderful. Loved being able to go out on deck to drink coffee quiet from street noise, would definitely stay in one of the bigger places for a family trip very close to downtown Newport which was great!
Being in the bottom floor we were able to hear our upstairs neighbors constantly walking around it seemed overly loud so that was really all
