The beach is amazing. Its clean & organized. The sea water & the view at the beach were spectacular.
The room was good. It was super clean & organized. Overall it was a comfortable room and I was happy to stay in it. Breakfast was good. It covered all the basics like an omlette station, crepe station and waffle station plus some fruits and hot foods.
The room missed a few things you'd expect in a 5* hotel like a coffee machine. The manual door lock was broken so we just turned the knob to close the door. It could still be accessed with a master key from outside but thankfully no one tried to come in. Pool was unsatisfactory because people were swimming in their clothes despite the rule signboard saying it's not allowed.

The kids pool and slides was good and the kids enjoyed them, but they open at 10:30, it would be better if they open it early same as the pool
The food selection for lunch and dinner was very limited
The team from the SPA and Saloon asked us MANY times in the same day if we would like to do massage or go to the saloon, which was very annoying, without respecting that the guests are here to rest and enjoy the sea and sun.

Very bad experience, if u want to spend ur money, pay a bit more and go to Waldolf Astoria or Intercontinental or Ritz C

- very old fashioned
- the light hanging on top in the room was about to fall and it was really dangerous. Spoke to the director about it. Didnt even want extra nights or booking compensation.
