We really enjoyed our stay in such beautiful surrounds.
Beautiful building, gorgeous furniture / decoration and lovely garden. Our room (the Garden Room) had a fantastic view out to Mt Wellington. Great bar / lounge area and excellent breakfast. Staff were nice and helpful. Great location easy walking distance to town.
It was quite loud due to being an old building. The tea / coffee facilities in the room were a bit cramped. There was no fan or A/C.

We loved our stay here. It's a beautiful, historic home with a friendly team and amazing breakfast. Walking distance to waterfront and all of the great restaurants around North Hobart. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
There was nothing that we didn't like. Limited parking onsite however there is parking on the street. Time restricted at some times of the day.

Very good
A pleasant 4 nights in a historic property
Breakfast was very good (muesli, apple juice, cooked eggs); garden beautifully maintained; very comfortable shared lounge and verandah; ample parking off road; pleasant walk down into Hobart city
Our chosen bedroom (Basil) was smaller than others and darkly decorated with internal bathroom and separate (internal) toilet. Prefer lighter airier bedrooms. Bed comfortable.

Everything! The gardens are amazing, loved how much room we had.
If you need to go to the toilet during the night, note that there is a lot of stairs to get to it!
