Pleasant

Not as good as it used to be

The location is very good although quite a steep climb to the beach

We had stayed before a few years ago and loved the chocolates left in the room and a room where you could help yourselves to chocolate and purchase chocolate - it was so unique but sadly all that has stopped. The room itself was OK but a view of the wall and the upstairs people were noisy.

Exactly what we needed for our overnight stay in Bournemouth

Receptionist was warm and welcoming. Room and bed was comfortable the whole hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Location was excellent for the beach.

Nothing everything was pretty much perfect.

The room was clean, big. Lovely bathroom.Great location.

Room lit up like Blackpool illuminations at night. Lots of lights shining from building across the street and cars going by. Mind you it is christmas, hence the lights. Didnt stay for breakfast as we found it too expensive at 15 per head. Overall it was ok for us for just one night.

Great location

Needed a good clean thick dirt on the bathroom door black fingerprints and the carpet had stains on it. Breakfast was extra at 15 each didnt bother too early and not good menu

Very good

It was very convenient as we had tickets for the BIC centre, and we were able to walk there easily.

We asked for room 2 where we had stayed before so were slightly disappointed that we had room 3 but it was fine in the end although there was a faint smell of cigarettes in there , we neither of us smoke!

A bottle of water would have been nice as we had nowhere to even purchase a drink for the night. Also there were no glasses provided to even use the water in the tap.
