Cleanliness in the room - the room was dusty and air cond was not effective at cooling down the room.

Disappointing
Hopefully they fix the issues stated above but we will look elsewhere next time
Location was excellent
We had no hot water for a number of days, the staff tried to resolve the issue and helped us change rooms upon request but we didnt have hot water in the other room either. We also had a leak in the bathroom

My 2 sens worth
I like the hotel's location. Easy access to Jonker Street and the many food and shopping places around.
Limited parking space available. Parking will get even worse when the 2 new blocks commence operations.
I have stayed here 3-4 times but may have to find another hotel if parking facilities do not improve.

On the last day, the water supply was cut off. When it was accessible again, the water that came out was dirty and cloudy.
