    Neat and clean. You can get home cooked food. There are a lot of food joints nearby. Not too far from Chennai Central.
    Bathroom fittings are old. Not a major concern though. It's a well maintained house.

    The caretaker of the property was polite and helpful
    The room reeked of paint and varnish smell and was impossible to stay inside. The property should have informed us about that before confirming the booking. We couldnt stay for more than a few hours before everyone started feeling nauseous and had to check out in the evening.

    One of the best place to stay with family in a homely environment for a good price.
    Facilities and the hospitality. Extra ordinary manager and a room boy. Homely environment. The meal was good and cheap.
    Some dusts and dirts in the cupboard drawers. Bathroom can be improved. Dirts were there in the windows of bathroom.

    The location was good. The room was spacious and moderately clean.
    It's not very suitable for a business traveller. When asked for a receipt for filing for taxes, the owner had given me a hand written invoice without company details.

    Staff and owner helpful,
    Cleanliness can be really improved. Basic aminities like plates and glasses , forks etc can be increased.Also card payment options not present.
