Very good

Took my husband in November for his birthday. Had a terrific stay.

Loved the view from the room. Watching the sunset over the water was beautiful. So close to town also.

Everything was great. Maybe next time visit in the summer in warmer weather

Not paying booking.com. My friend and I booked at the same time but she deffered payment and wound up getting a discount which I did not get. This was very upsetting to me.

Overall we engoyed Cap Cod.

Very good location. Great parking for cars. Very nice and helping stuff.

We asked in the reservation for oshen view room and didn't get it. When we arrived and asked to change the answer was negative... The stairs to the second floor are very unconvinient.

Absolute perfection

Staff, resort, access to both beach and pool. Coffee in the morning! Yogurt and fresh fruit. All the little extra things that made such a difference.... bottle openers, pool towels, beach umbrellas, you name it... if I needed it, you guys had it. So appreciated.
