    Makes me think twice before staying here again!
    Staff was great & answered all our questions
    The noises from the doors. I realize it was Saturday night & the kids played in the pool, but they didnt have to run in & out the outside door every 10 min. & the noise was horrible from it. Our room door also made a terrible noise when you went in & out of it. Just terrible!

    The safety of customers are in jeopardy

    I had to be awake the moment I checked in with a man cracked out with vulgar words yelling screaming out of his lungs . I was gonna call police but I called management twice then again in morning am disabled.They completely ignored my situation.manager and Brandy even heard the man because I let management hear him. I am very disappointed in the safety of that hotel

    It was great, except for the parts that I mentioned.
    very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location for my travels.
    the room was musty smelling and we saw what looked like mold of some sort on the ceiling in the bathroom and around the light in the entry of room. I wasn't a fan of the connecting room, and I was not asked if a connecting room would be okay. The people in the room tried opening the door that connected the rooms and I was a little nervous about that as I was with my young daughter in law and it was just the two of us. They were very loud late into the night and slamming doors including the door on their side of the connection doors.
