Very good

Comfortable stay to explore the Taj !

Comfortable , pleasant and down the road from the Taj ! Guru & Sunita are very sweet and nice hosts . Very helpful. House is very nice and well kept . Nice homely feel . Best location to explore the Taj Mahal !

Shower pressure was very low for hot shower which is needed in cold weather ! Cold shower pressure works just fine !

You get what you pay.

Friendliness of the couple. Very caring about your comfort and needs. Allowed for a late check-in.

Entry via an alley Shared toilet, which needed access through another bedroom. Cash payment. Would have been helpful if a credit card was an option. I could have used the hard cash for other cash purchases.

Very good

Nice house with friendly host

Host is very friendly, room and bathroom are clean and food is amazing.

It was cold and smoky as rooms are not isolated properly for winter, and mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

Perfect place to stay close to Taj Mahal

Loved everything about this place! It was very close to the Taj Mahal, and we could walk there in the morning. The room was very spacious and had a good shower. The host was sooo helpful and helped us a lot with the next leg of our trip, which saved us lots of time and money. The family also offers dinners and breakfast, and they were delicious! Look no further; this is a perfect place to stay when in Agra

Great value for money, lovely family, best location

I really enjoyed my stay at Sunita Home Stay. For me, home stays are the best opportunity to experience everyday life in India and to have an authentic exchange with locals. Sunita and Guru Deval are very friendly people who lovingly take care of all their visitors' needs. Sunita's homemade food is great! I would like to add that this special experience that homestays offer is not comparable with star hotels or etc.. People who want to be bedded and served at a high level are certainly used to different standards in terms of facilities etc. I rate Sunita a 10 because for what it is - an Indian homestay with a friendly family - for me it deserves the best rating for the reasons mentioned.

Great homestay in Agra near the Taj

Great location, you can see the taj dome from one room. 10 minutes walk to the taj mahal gate. Very friendly host. Good breakfast (extra)

Water pressure on the second floor is not very good.

Superb

Great location and excellent hospitality.

The hospitality provided was excellent. The room I stayed in gets quite warm during midday, so paying extra for the air-conditioning is recommended. The location was within very close walking distance to the Taj Mahal and was pleasant to have a quiet paved path to walk there.

The restaurants around the area are pretty ordinary.

12 minutes to the east gate

The host family is super nice. 12 minutes to the east gate of Taj Mahal, we could safely reach Taj in the night before sunrise. Great view from the rooftop. Spacios room, we get the one facing the street with balcony. It was clean.

Walls are paperthin, they arent even walls. We could hear literally everything happening in the next room and on the streets. Windows are not closing properly, we had mosquitos at night. Breakfast was very simple, not worth the price. Why not serving on the roof? Then it would worth even double. We had to ask the hosts to turn on hot water for shower.

Warm welcome

Dirty. Dirty floor, dirty carpet, dirty bathroom. No hot water - owner forgets to switch on water heater and you find out this when you are in a shower. Downtown area with nice rooftop restaurants is far.
