I like the room nice and cozy just big enough for three of us my dad and my two friends. The rooms were a little small but Im not sure if they had bigger rooms. I didnt use the kitchen, but I did use the fridge in the coffee maker, and it was nice having a table inside and out, Im not sure if they have a bigger room maybe on the other side facing the water the rooms are bigger so next time Ill have to look into that when I come back next summer the pool is nice and clean, but the only downfall it was facing the parking lot But with prices at a premium wouldve been nice being in the pool facing the water but I guess they won the block out the wind, so thats why it was there. I did have a little trouble with parking when I got home late from partying so I parked right next to somebody that was in a parking spot and about two or 3 feet to my left was a fire zone so I was in the on marked spot, but I had the sticker in the window so they would know what room I was in in case I had to move it, but the staff was very accommodating. I wish they made spoke a little more English, but we were able to communicate through my translator app and between me and my friend, we spoke a little bit of Spanish, but other than that it was a great experience and Im looking forward to going back next year

I wish the parking lot was a little bigger. I was afraid to get it towed because I parked 2 feet away from the fire zone but I did put my parking pass on my rearview mirror which had my room number in case they need me to move it and I wish the toilets flushed a little faster and harder because it got clogged several times but thats minimal stuff. Nothing but a plunger can fix that problem.

Clean and comfortable lodging with great sunset view

This is a clean and friendly family motel in walking distance to the popular dock area in Montauk. Lovely pool area if you prefer to take a break from the beach.

There was nothing I disliked about this accommodation.

Clean, updated, nice pool area,

No phone or way to contact staff without going to the front desk. No ice machine. Hot on second floor. Air conditioner didn't reach. Couldn't figure out cable and no instructions.

The pool was nice

I emailed the property to assist with cancellation/ rescheduling of the reservation and received no response. The person I actually booked to trip for was unable to come due to a cancelled flight into JFK. I had to go alone and then the room wasnt even ready for the 4pm check-in time. Then during checkout I heard a reservation being scheduled for over $100 less for a one night stay. I thought it was a joke

Supplies in room could have been more plentiful. Toilet paper and towels. The app that you use for concierge services does not seem to be looked at regularly.
