Pleasant but not value for money
The adventure resort and swimming pool access rooms are great but they are very very small in size even for 2 + 1 child. Due to lack of space we upgraded our room to one big room which was happily assisted by the SUMA team. The food was average and the attractions at the resort were average too. The staff was very friendly though which was nice. The location and layout of the resort was super but it was not maintained as expected
The cost that we paid through Booking was very high we were getting better properties at the time of the booking at same cost but we chose this as it looked different due to its adventure sports activities but when we reached there the state of the resort was really below average and not how it looks in pictures. The only complaint I have that it was not value for money.

Nice stay
Room view is very nice. I enjoyed the scenic view from my balcony the most. Food and complimentary breakfast was good.
Few tokens for adventure activity should be given complimentary to people who books the stay.

The location is good but there is no proper maintenance. Not value for money
The breakfast was ok. Nothing great. Food quality was good but it good have been more hygenic. The location is pretty good.
The behaviour of the staffs were weird.They were not humble and argumentative. There was no chance of any customisation in food. Even if we tell them, they did what they wanted. Rooms are too small and the bedsheets were dirty. Not value for money. The facility needs maintenance.
