Breakfast.

Not value for the money. Have been staying for the past 5 years. Cleanliness has deteriorated so much. Staff are more interested in the tip you give. Booked a family room with 2 kids and ended up with a large bed with no sofa bed.

Definitely not 5 stars - more like 1!!!

Sai Baba Mandirs and ambience downstairs and lobby.

We stayed here late 2019 and were very impressed with the 5 star rating of the hotel fully justified. This time was the complete opposite. Its clear the rooms havent been maintained. They were very dirty with the floor being filthy and the bathroom and shower were awful. There was also a constant smell of burning. The shuttle service to Shirdi Sai Baba Mandir takes you to the complete opposite end of the Temple and then you are required to give in your shoes and phones and walk a fair distance in filth to the entrance, even as VIPs. Please note that you can give your shoes and phones in right at the main gate 6 VIP entrance. The restaurant provided a fine buffet and a La carte menu but its such a shame the hotel filled the whole dining area with incense making a lot of the guests cough and affecting the taste of the food. Its such a shame this hotel has come to this level. Shame on the management for allowing this. We will not be returning.

Totally worth staying . I will be definitely back here in next visit to shirdhi

The spiritual ambience of this property is very exceptional and worth to experience . The aura of the entire place is amazing and you can immerse yourself into divinity. The prayer schedule and rituals four times a day makes you feel so connected with the main Shirdhi temple feel

Beautiful

Room was decent size, staff were friendly. There was a drop off and pick up service to the mandir and also lovely mandir and puja within the hotel itself.

Toilet was old and smelled even though bathroom area with sink was modern. This needs updating.

The best part of the hotel are the temples of Sai inside the hotel, Sai arti, Sai insigni, Sai Vani

The room service, staff was very courteous at the breakfast table

Noting as such...maybe the room could have been bigger

Spiritual resort to the T. Great location average rooms

Very good location. The campus is really spiritual, we really enjoyed meditation in the Sai Temple with the complex. Very calm and meditative complex got us in the spiritual mood

Bathrooms are not clean, over all upkeep has gone down considerably over the years
