The hotel staff at SpringHill Suites Fresno are professional and attentive, although some initial room issues were experienced. The king suites are well-designed and in good condition, but there are (Read More)no bathtubs in the rooms. The hotel is not in a walkable area, but there are nearby amenities such as a CVS Pharmacy and Chili's. The breakfast options could use improvement, but the staff members are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall, it is a good hotel with a working hot tub.

Convenient location

The water was lukewarm warm and took over 10 minutes to heat up in shower and the blinds in tne room were tattered.

All the stuff in our vehicle was stolen while we were there

The hotel was nicely decorated and clean.

The hotel is great. Good location, comfortable bed, big shower. For breakfast you can even make pancakes :)

Premium Price, Bad Service

Nice, upscale facility

Poor customer service. When I called to get new keys for our room after my wife told me that a clerk checked someone else into our room, the manager, told me to send my wife down to get them. She said my wife was mistaken, they had not given our room to another traveler. Upon my request, the manager hand delivered the new keys to my wife and after my wife confronted her, she did admit my wife was correct and the error had occurred. This was preceded by a bad experience at check-in. After going to our room and smelling stale cigarette smoke we asked for another room, offering the reason for the request. Instead of taking our word for it, the clerk had us wait while she went upstairs to verify the veracity of our claim. She returned and gave us the new room as requested. Why did we have to wait for the verification? We were tired from travel and wanted our room. The sum of my complaint is that the staff does not listen and take travelers word when they state a problem. Everyone makes mistakes--that is not the issue here. When you do make a mistake, admit it and make it right.

We have stayed here several times before, and this was the least enjoyable.

Staff. Location, For once a room in a hotel where the thermostat actually worked. Breakfast was so-so. Rubber omelets, watery oatmeal. A few plain bagels. No waffle batter. Not bad, just fuel.

Room had dirty surfaces on desk, sinks, and bathroom. Dirt! Had to clean it ourselves. Refrigerator was not working. Shower had mold on ceiling. Missing Ice bucket lid.

It was very awkward getting into the property itself and it didnt have a lot of parking because it was next to another hotel so its hard to find a parking spot
