Convenient, cozy, warm. A little annoying with the interruption of sleep, but overall nice.

Comfort of the room, ease at check-in and check-out.

Housekeeping knocked on our door loudly when we were still sleeping in the morning.

I stay at this hotel from leaving the hospital do to my lumbar in pain and I felt relax and sauna help with my chemother

I would definitely recommend this stay. I will definitely come back and stay with them again.

I loved how there was an inside pool & spa. As well as there was a washer & dryer. They also have a vending machine.

Honestly theres nothing I can say I hate. Pretty much everything was so convenient.

Horrible, disgusting, gross, wouldnt recommend.

I didnt like anything about the property at all. There were partys in the hotel rooms, the rooms smelled the bed was disgusting the tiolet seat was breaking, the manager Fandinzo didnt make the stay comfortable at all. He refused to give me a refund because I didnt want my mom staying in a hotel with dangerous partys, smoke filled rooms. Wouldnt recommend to anyone or any family. The only person that was very nice, very accommodating, very understanding was the front desk girl with blonde hair her name was Mercedes I believe. She should be the manager very good attend. Shes the only person that cared to do something and make the unfortunate stay a little comfortable.

Its smelled, it was dirty, there were partys in every hotel room with loud music it was like a hotel on parkway. If you dont know what parkway is its hooker lane here in Fresno

Had high hopes for a nice place to stay in Fresno. However I pretty sure we wont be back..

Good area

The property? No working elevator. Dirty carpets. Heat system was erratic, bed was lumpy, TV was a complete joke.

Pleasant

TV remote not working. Front desk staff tried to help but were unsuccessful. The telephone did not work..were told the maintenance man went home! Appeared to be very understaffed.
