The hotel experience at Homewood Suites by Hilton Fresno was satisfactory with good customer service. However, what made this stay standout was the breakfast. While it offered the usual options like (Read More)potatoes, cereal, yogurt, and fruit, the eggs were exceptional. They were filled with veggies and topped with cheese, surpassing expectations and making for a highly enjoyable meal.

Fantastic, would definitely come back.

The breakfast was fine. The accommodations were excellent. The check-in staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The person taking care of the breakfast area was rude and unprofessional. Will eat elsewhere if he is there next time.

Good

I enjoyed my time spent and it was comfortable.

I liked the setup of the room and that they had some kitchen utensils and such. It came in handy. The desk was a real plus as I ended up working from my room a bit.

There was red paint or nail polish, perhaps, splattered under the sink in the bathroom. The electrical outlets were very loose.

It was a lovely stay, the property was well maintained and quiet. We would stay again, thank you.

The cleanliness, friendly staff, amenities to include the provided toiletries.

The speaker system was busted and made horrible sounds while music was playing.

Great stay for a family needing airport.

Location to airport. Pool was nice for a hour of energy out for the kids.

Breakfast options had a lot of pork including eggs.

This place is awesome! I've been spending a lot of time in hotels recently and Homewood Suites was the best by far! The room was huge and very comfortable. The staff was attentive and amazing and the fajitas at the social hour smelled fantastic!

The only complaint would be a lack of clear markings for the elevator from the backdoor of the building. I ended up going around the long way! :?(

I felt like a queen staying in this place

the staff was so friendly. I stayed with my 2 year old son and all staff said hello to him and made him and I so welcome. one of the house keepers with curly hair we ran into a lot in the halls. she always made a point to make my boy smile

everything. nice location, warm pool big hot tub. luxury room

We will definitely stay at this property during future stays.

The GM for the property, Chris Milton, took the time to greet me personally, He is a prime example why we stay with this chain of properties for over 50 nights per year. JT

If you can choose a room with the lower numbers per floor (301, 302, etc.) you will be closer to the elevator that takes you back to the lobby. There are elevators at the far end of the hallways that take you to parking areas.
