    A great guesthouse in the centre of Galle Fort. Room was a good size for two travellers and everything was clean and comfortable. The owners were so welcoming and helpful, including dropping us to the bus stop very early in the morning. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Galle!

    While the people were nice enough and the facilities were clean, the room itself was dark, small and with old and outdated furniture. Same for the tiny bathroom which is maybe 2 square meters large (this includes the shower). The room has two little windows and when it rains you have to close the outer shutters otherwise (quite a bit of) rain seeps in through the very old window frames. It makes that during a rainy day, you find yourself sitting in a room deprived of any natural light. I was is Sri Lanka for 4 weeks and this was the most expensive room I stayed at and at the same time my least favorite one. I realize that this accommodation is withing Galle city walls and thus a bit more expensive due to location. But even with that taken into account, I do think price and quality are out of balance. Sorry!

    The rooms were spacious. The location of the property is perfect. Aziz's father went above and beyond to drop us to the Galle bus stand in his private car. It was really helpful

    Really great location, easy to access the rest of the fort. Friendly owner and free water.
    Room was a bit dated, and felt like it was damp, could have been cleaner and we felt like we were in the attic.

    Great location. Peaceful.
    Location in the heart of the Fort. Friendly host dropped me at the station. Quiet & private. Cute room in the attic.
    The photos online were difficult to work out. The 'family' room is at the top of an exterior spiral staircase. May be difficult with luggage. In the middle of 2 separate rooms is a semi outdoor living area with a sink /kettle. It is this that gives the sea view.
