The beach was lovely and the accommodation roomy and comfortable, as well as esthetically pleasing.

The food quality was average. It was also quite busy and there were always people walking by, sitting, posing in front of our patio door.

Restaurant food was average, restaurant prices to high for average taste and quality Daily functions at resorts annoying Book massages, transportation and tours outside of resort - resort prices are ridiculously high. Not a swim beach - very flat

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Clean Beach. Room service serveral times a day. Plentyful and delicious breakfast (Take away Option if you go on a day Trip.) Very nice location (There no reason to go to Alona Beach, but for eating.)

Restaurant prices don't match quality and/or local price level. Sundays the venue seems to be populated by local groups for e.g. Christmas parties etc. Maybe typical for resorts? Daybeds etc tend to be blocked in the early morning for the entire day. Daytour offers totally overpriced. The beach is nice, however the water does not invite for swimming (very shallow, be aware of sea urchins).

great location, great beach, excellent customer service from ebwryone!!! from the driver who picked us up at the airport, to the front desk staff, staff at the restaurants, hotel staff, masseuse, even their staff at south farms were all consistently and genuinely caring, courteous, and nice! our 3rd time coming back here, highly recommended!

reservation staff need to improve on accuracy and customer service, had to call and email many times for my reservation booking because staff had incorrect info about my payment details. they also got our room rservations mixed up.

Great value for money.

Everything! Staff were so respectful and welcoming. From check in to check out. The room was so spacious. We had the garden view room.

The access from the main road going to the hotel. Rough and rocky.

Not worth the price even for the beach

There was a lot of seating on the beach, however, you should come early as it gets full quickly with people not only from resort but outside too.

Mold smell in the room, so it was really bad and not good for your health. Good thing that we had tours booked and didnt spend a lot of time inside. Shower was very dated, talking motel level bathroom for this price. Restaurant food was terrible and overpriced. They dont allow to bring food from outside, so better take tricycle to eat out and it will still be cheaper. Staff and service wasnt the best, was asked room number 3 times during breakfast, it is chaotic and annoying at this point. Better choose nearby resorts that are superior for this price.
