    The location is very central and there is a discounted car park rate for the car park just around the corner. Very nice friendly staff. The room is very nicely decorated with high ceilings. There are coffee making facilites and complimentary water in the room. We asked for a kettle to make tea and it was immediately provided.
    The room we were originally allocated had a door handle that was broken on the sink. There were hairs around the sink and on the wall this should not have been released for availability. We complained and were immediately allocated another room which was perfect. The staff member apologised and we were happy.

    This hotel should not be a 4. It should be a 2. The room was terrible. Walls damaged. Hand prints against wall. Bathroom taps peeling. Holes in the walls. Stain on chair and white mark on the bed Very noisy area. When I complained over the phone to the receptionist she said there was no manager and she has lots of people at reception and hung the phone up in my ear. I said to them I was not staying at the hotel. She mentioned I could move to another one. Its the worst 4 star hotel I have ever seen. Even the carpets at reception is old. Close it down and refurbish. I ended up walking past the other hotel. And spoke to the receptionist and explained. And I was swapped over immediately. This hotel I would not recommend at all.

    This is not a 4 star hotel. 2 stars at best.
    Cute design, good location
    The staff was very unpleasant upon check-in, the rugs in the corridor are filthy, we had a suite and the sofa fabric was dirty, the electricity went out and we called 2x to tell them and theres no one to speak with, we asked the front desk for a do not disturb sign and he said he would give us one and never did and the cleaners came in when we asked them not to, the tiles are gross in the bathroom, and lastly, the heat was not working. I told the front desk lady that I turned it to 28c and cold air was coming out and she argued with me saying it wasnt possible. Do I need to continue with issues? This is absolutely not 4 star hotel service or quality.

    Rooms were spacious, remodeled and clean. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of items. Hotel receptionist Paula was very friendly, kind and helpful.

    Aircondition didnt work, power went out, the shower was overflowing after 30 seconds and there are so so many birds living outside in the trees.
