Great location .Great staff. Loved the rooftop bar.

Room too hot to sleep.Couldnt bring temperature below 18 degrees. Opening window was too noisy. Disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn't open on NYE. Never enough milk for drinks.

Absolutely amazing! Location was fabulous for the Christmas lights, bars, shops and restaurants.

Everything! The decor, linen, room, facilities and breakfast were amazing. We were 5 in our group and we were all very satisfied.

The room was too hot for us, but if we opened a window it was too noisy - which we expected as it's a city. It didn't spoil our holiday though. And reception were aware and were sorting the problem.

The Hotel is just on the side of the old town, that means 5 minutes to walk. If you like shopping there is 15 minutes walk the El Corte Ingles warehouse or even the low budget Primark. There is a small teracce to sit outside just having sunbath in winter time. If you want to join it than ask for a room at the 3rd floor or higher. The lower floors are in shadow.

The windows are facing to the main road so the rooms are really noisy. It is not easy to sleep in the night - big traffic, drunk people, polica cars etc.

The painting on the wall in the room. The furniture in the reception area.

As sad as it is to say I have to give an honest review and this hotel isnt up to standard. It is over priced and just incredibly disappointing. This is my first and praying my last time giving a poor reviews. I aim to see the best in all things & to spend my hard earned money well but sadly with this hotel it upset my holiday and I felt my money was wasted. The hotel has issues with water and guest werent allowed to use the water from 10am-5pm. I decided to leave the hotel earlier than planned due to this & other problems and I wasnt refunded all of my money as promised. The extremely small cold room was very uncomfortable. I had such high hopes for this place but what a very crushing experience. The wifi signal drops often and much noise from the street at night, with an uncomfortable bed that dips in the middle. I do hope this hotel can reflect on its reality. I am truly devastated.

Great rooftop bar, good location to walk into centre of town. Lovely staff. Newly refurbished bathroom.

Our room this time was a bit smaller than we've had before but fine for two nights.

Sort out who is to blame and offer an appology

Reception staff very good and room large and pleasant.

Emails telling us booking would be cancelled unless we linked to suspect links. This message allegedly from the hotel was forwarded by Booking .com We reported this and we told that the hotel site had been hacked. The hotel contested this and said it was Booking.com site not theirs. We are not able to judge who is correct but at least someone owes us an answer and an apology.
