Very clean. Good location. Nearby self service laundry, convenient stores and restaurants

Ground floor. Location is just 5 mins walk to the old city and the waterfront. The studio apartment was very clean. I like the white linens. The staff, Peter, was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is located within the pedestrian street. No parking or car access. But happy with the apartment overall.

It was excellent for the money. Very clean, very quiet location. Very walkable to all the sites and to restaurants. Petar was very responsive to all my questions and very helpful acclimating us to the area and parking. Would stay here again! Thanks, Petar!!!

A perfect place to stay in Split. The property offers super value for money, comfort and convenience for a break away.

Great location as it is only a short walk to the old town. We enjoyed the choice of bars located close by to the property too. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, plus Peter was very welcoming and friendly.
